The apartment is situated to the rear of the main guest house and has its own front door.
The open plan kitchen/lounge has Axminster wool carpeting and quality floor covering throughout the apartment.
The kitchen contains a microwave, gas oven, frig with ice box, washing and drying machine, fitted ironing board and all the usual cooking utensils. The lounge area has a dining table and chairs, TV and DVD, large leather sofa and a fitted gas fire as well as central heating radiators throughout.
The bathroom is fully tiled with a modern bath/shower.
The bedroom has a double 4.6” memory foam mattress, 2 bedside cabinets and lamps, 2 x 3 drawer chests. There is also plenty of cupboard space for clothing in the hallway.
The hallway has a clothing storage cupboard as well as a knee hole dressing table.
Gas and electricity is included in the tariff.
Full central heating.
Bed linen and towels are also supplied.
Free private on site parking with security lighting.
Free use of outside rear garden and rotary line.
We regret this apartment is not suitable for children or disabled persons.
